There he furthered his love for the law, and litigation. Among those he worked with was Nicole Bennett. After representing the State of Indiana, Nick decided to join Westland & Bennett to further aid those in need.
I’M VERY PROUD OF..
My ability to overcome and adapt to any challenge for my client. During my time as a Deputy Prosecutor I was often challenged to tackle complex problems for people who often did not have a voice. I am rarely met with a situation I cannot handle.
What I love about my work…
I picked the right firm because I love to win! I want to give every client the relief knowing they have someone trying to solve their specific problems.
My hobbies and interests…
I thought as a lawyer I would be golfing more! When I am not busy with family and friends, I enjoy reading, writing, or tuning into a disappointing Chicago Bears or White Sox game.
I wish I could meet…
Abraham Lincoln, Walter Payton, Robin Williams and my Great-Grandfather, Joseph Prist, who emigrated to the United States from Poland.
My favorite quote…
“Success is not final, failure is not fatal: It is the courage to continue that counts.”
– Winston Churchill
If I weren’t an attorney, I’d be…
A history teacher, or computer engineer
